Richard L. Winchester, Jr.
With over 43 years of legal experience, Richard ("Rick") L. Winchester, Jr. is able to expertly assist you with your legal needs. He is the third generation of Winchester attorneys to practice in the Memphis area. Rick Winchester is admitted to all Tennessee State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is also approved and listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator and a member of both the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations. Rick is a long-time member of the Memphis Lawyers' Journal Club.
Robin Winchester Webb
Robin Winchester Webb is the fourth generation of Winchester attorneys to practice in the Memphis area. After 17 years of practice, Robin is admitted to all Tennessee State and local courts and ready to assist you with all of your legal needs. As of February 2020, she is also approved and listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator. Robin is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations.
